Instructor Training

Aquaventure Dive & Photo is the leader in Technical Instructor Training with an experienced staff of Instructor Trainers and a facility designed for convenient and easy learning.  Our Instructor Development Center has 3 modern classrooms ranging from private class size to large group meetings, onsite pool, tech repair center and mixed gas station to accommodate any course we offer.  Our large well stocked retail center offers a modern professional setting to  reinforce the value of sales and continued education.

Tech Instructor Trainer Ron Benson is constantly seeking new challenges, improving his knowledge and skills.  Ron travels regularly to meet with other industry experts and stay on top of the ever changing market of diver training. Whether it is open circuit or closed circuit experience you desire, you can be sure that Ron has the tools you need.

Quality and experience is guaranteed when you train with Aquaventure Dive & Photo, in fact we ask that you make a personal visit to discuss our background and qualifications.  In return we expect you to be realistic in your request for technical training.   From Basic  Nitrox to Trimix there are several levels that require time in the water ( i.e. dives to be logged) that cannot be skipped.  If you are comfortable and ready to proceed, then we will work with you to see your desires fulfilled.  Choose IANTD or TDI Certifications.


Instructor Level Training
1All course are run concurrent to student level training, minimum number of participants instructor/student (2) combined. Travel expenses are split amongst instructor candidates and vary by location.

  • Dolphin / Ray / Azimuth SCR Rebreather Instructor $850
  • Advanced Nitrox Instructor $1000
  • Decompression Procedures Instructor $1000
  • Recreational / Advanced Recreational Trimix Instructor $1000
  • Extended Range / Trimix I Instructor $1800
  • Trimix Level II Instructor $1800

CCR Specific

  • Inspiration / KISS /  Optima / CCR Level I Instructor $2500
  • CCR Level II & III Trimix $2500
