Mike is a project manager for an engineering/construction firm full time and an avid diver. While diving for the past eleven years, he has progressed through many specialty training classes including PADI Divemaster and SDI Scuba Instructor. " I became an instructor because I enjoy introducing people to my passion of scuba diving." Mike's favorite local diving is on the shipwrecks of Isle Royale. "I can't get enough of diving in Isle Royal. Every time I dive on a wreck I always see something different. Not only are the wrecks pristine, but the island itself is beautiful to explore." During the winter months you can find Mike and his wife Sandy enjoying a week or two diving in some exotic location. He has dove throughout the Caribbean, the kelp forests of California, Truk Lagoon and Palau. Where will you see him next? In class or the Galapagos Islands.

Peak Buoyancy dive at Crosby or wall diving off Cozumel. There is
nothing that would make him happier than to hear that you signed up for his
next tropical dive get away. If you looking for a private open
water course or an advanced SDI specialty dive, give Mike a call and he'll
pack his gear bag...
Dave Torry

Dave is a fulltime college student at St. Cloud State University, recently completing his Bachelor's Degree in Finance and is now working toward his Bachelors Degree in Operations Management. Dave started scuba diving in 1997 and never planned on becoming a Scuba Instructor "it just happened". When I worked as a Mechanical Design Consultant, I was on the road 50 weeks a year, so come weekends I needed something to do and scuba diving filled a void. Dave is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer and an SDI Instructor. In his "spare time" he can usually be found scuba diving in the quarries near Ironton, especially at night, or under the ice. On any give weekend or in any given Minnesota Lake look for Dave's bubbles. Dave especially enjoys the diving that any of the Great Lakes has to offer.
Dr. Mel Clark
Mel started diving in 1986 and took every course she could. Along with a partner she opened a dive center in Banff Alberta where she certified many divers. After completing a degree in Pharmaceutical sciences at the University of Vancouver BC she renewed her dive instruction on a part time basis. Currently Mel holds several high ranking instructor ratings including NAUI Instructor Trainer and Course Director. She resides in Everett WA and specializes in Technical instruction and Rebreather training.
